A Deep cleaning service is a full clean that focuses on the areas that are not taken care of on a regular basis and includes standard cleaning. Moveout cleaning is the service done upon the tenant preparing to move. It is most efficient if the unit is vacant prior to our service. Recurring cleaning is the cleaning that is done on a regular weekly and bi-weekly basis.

As with all our services, there is a focus on the kitchen and the bathrooms, along with dusting, vacuuming and sweeping/mopping as they apply.

Deep cleaning focuses heavily on the kitchen and bathrooms, including the interior/exterior of the refrigerator and oven, wipe down of interior/exterior cabinetry, appliances, along with the remainder of the home includes dusting throughout, wiping down of walls, baseboards, trim, light fixtures, switch plates, laundry area, including wiping out the interior/exterior of the washer and dryer, interior windows, sills, tracks, dusting of blinds, floors are swept, mopped and vacuumed as needed.

Move out clean is the a full clean that focuses heavily on the kitchen and bathrooms, including the interior/exterior of the refrigerator and oven (appliances are pulled out, if appropriate), wipe down of interior/exterior cabinetry, drawers and appliances, along with the remainder of the home includes dusting/wiping down of walls, baseboards, light fixtures, vents, laundry area, including wiping out the interior/exterior of the washer and dryer, interior windows, sills, blinds, floors are swept, mopped and vacuumed as needed.

Recurring cleaning is maintenance cleaning that keeps the space at a base level of cleanliness.

There are four main areas throughout an apartment: Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living/Communal spaces and Bedrooms. We clean each of these areas each visit, with additional attention to each area on a rotating and revolving basis.
